Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. People often recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the ups to the downs. At the age of 1 1/2 years old my family, me and my parents came to America. If it wasn't due to the dedication of my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share this life with the world. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I aimed to be their proudest and had tunnel vision for achievement. My goal was to attend school in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. Then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. My idea of success was to go to college, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. I would then marry to buy a home and then have children. However, life was not so sure. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. The status and wealth were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I wasted my life to earn a paycheck. The passion I have for fitness as well as my desire to socialize with others led me to discover my dream job as a personal trainer. In 2014, I launched my business on the side and in this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Within this industry there is a lack of Asian females. It is my goal to become a catalyst within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their personal needs and goals. I also strive to empower people to pursue their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to achieve in their lives. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datethat of losing my Mom. In Heaven she now rests after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. If you don't realize the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really require. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her death gave me an opportunity to begin the next chapter. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey which gave me the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I am living now rather than merely living as I was in my past. My story is made available to me so that I may be able to share my stories as well as my words. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the greatest wealth. I wish you to live your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets, as death is the only possibility that awaits the people in our lives.
