Aspen Ladd was 14 when she began to train in the sports of combat. In addition to BJJ training as well, she was also trained in wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. Ladd won her next match against Roma Pawelek to improve to an 8-1 record. Aspen became a professional in the year 2015 and signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11 and dominated her to secure a first-round TKO. Invicta 16 also saw Aspen go from Bantamweight to her battle with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen used the superior techniques she learned from wrestling to defeat McGill. She won her fight via TKO (3rd round) (elbows as well as punches). Aspen then faced Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy in an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) since Ladd didn't make weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy until she was defeated in the second round with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last fight for promotion. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina, and ground-and - hit her for an TKO win in the second round. Her dominance grew and she scored a more impressive win during her next fight against Tonya Evinger at UFC 229 Ladd was victorious in the first round and received the Performance of the Night Bonus. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks to win her first major fight. Both fighters put up an intense battle that concluded with Ladd winning via unanimous decision and each fighter receiving an award known as the Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her losing streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya in the third round in UFC on ESPN 7. In her recent fight for the UFC she was a part of Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 to replace her fight. She lost by unanimous decision.
